Stories of My Line is a live Storytelling Evening where you will hear my story, the story of my ancestors, and most likely find a piece of your story too.
It is my story and the story of my ancestors. It goes back in time to the beginning of the Jewish people, the beginning of Monotheism and explores the women's perspectives, their stories and the inherent power that lives on in women despite the patriarchal culture that came hand-in-hand with Monotheistic religion

The Stories
Where do the stories come from?
The stories are the old tales from the Torah. They have been digested through my being, the body and soul of a woman. I have explored and dreamt and meditated of the old ways of women for over a decade and I know in my blood and my bones that there was more to these stories and there was more to these women, I know that my ancestors held the breadth and depth of feminine power and they knew how to use it. Others have known this too, there are books aplenty about the women as priestesses, leaders, shamans. This lives on in my line too. So these stories are their stories. The stories of powerful, embodied, intelligent women who had their own humanness but knew how to use their power and their truth to create the world they knew was possible.
The stories come from our ancestors, they come as gifts in a time where we need them more than ever.
