Storytelling for belonging, rememberance, empowerment

For as long as we have been human, we have told stories.
Stories shape how we understand our world, where we come from, and the people who came before us.

Belonging is our birthright, and through storytelling, we reclaim it.

Yet for many of us, those stories—those ancient ways of being—have been lost.
Severed by time, migration, circumstance.
Fractured by modernity, displacement, and the forgetting that comes with it.

But we are storied beings.
The stories are not lost.
They are waiting to be told.

Let us give voice to the stories of our ancestors.
Let us honour the lives that came before us.
Let us find the threads of wisdom and power woven through our lineage.

Storytelling is alchemy

We begin with reverence and respect.
We stir in empathy, curiosity and generosity.
We create wonder and discovery, finding the cosmic truths that emerge only from the perfect proportions.

We don’t know what will happen when we begin.
We don’t know which stories will come through.
We open ourselves to catch the moments and memories, the pearls of wisdom formed through centuries of circumstance.

This is not about perfect historical records.
It is about listening, feeling, and allowing the stories that want to be told.

We stand at the altar of story.
We bow to our ancestors and say:

“I am here. I acknowledge the ones on whose shoulders I stand.”

About your guide

Talia’s approach is grounded in the understanding that storytelling is more than words—it’s a way of listening, remembering, and reclaiming. Her years with the School of Shamanic Womancraft deepened her connection to the red thread of lineage, the unseen currents that shape who we are. Her background in deep nature connection has trained her to attune to the quiet wisdom of the land, recognizing that stories live not only in our memories but in the world around us. Through storytelling and facilitation, she holds space for others to step into this way of knowing—to follow the threads, piece together the fragments, and bring their own ancestral stories to life.
